Special Calling Card Instructions
Prompted minutes are only available when using the entire balance of the card on a single call. If the card is not entirely used on a single call, the following fees will apply and will reduce the number of available minutes and the value of the card:
1) a fee of up to $0.49 upon completion of each connected call;
2) a maximum service fee of $0.15 per minute (in addition to the base rate per minute); and
3) a $0.99 fee applies on 1st day of use and every 7 days thereafter.
Calls are billed in 3-minute increments. An additional $0.04 per minute applies when using an 800, 866, 877 or 888 Access Number. Calls made via payphones are subject to a $0.99 fee. The maximum domestic call rate is $0.15 per minute (plus 800, 866, 877 or 888 access and payphone fees if applicable). International calls made to cell phones are billed at higher rates. Card expires 3 months after first use. This card has no cash value and is not refundable.
